John Panvica is an investment professional at Vermilion Group, focusing on sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
Prior to Vermilion, John worked in investment banking at Ocean Park Advisors, advising on M&A and capital raise transactions for both public and private clients. Before Ocean Park, John began his career in public accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, auditing companies across different industries.
John received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of St. Thomas, graduating Summa Cum Laude, where he also served as captain of the varsity men’s hockey team. He earned his CPA License in 2020 and CFA Charter in 2024.
