Justin is a Vice President at Vermilion Group with a focus on evaluating, executing, and managing investment opportunities across a range of industries, and working alongside management teams to achieve transformational results.
Prior to Vermilion, Justin was a Vice President at Cartess Investment Partners, an operationally-oriented private investment firm in Dallas, Texas focusing on lower middle market manufacturing and distribution companies. Prior to Cartess, Justin was a Senior Analyst at a credit affiliate of Lone Star Funds, where invested across the capital structure. He began his career as a Strategy & Operations consultant with Deloitte.
Justin is a graduate of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (MBA) and Denison University (BA).
