Luke supports Vermilion’s investment activities, contributing to transactions, underwriting and execution, relationship development, and ongoing portfolio management.
Prior to joining Vermilion, Luke was with GMB Capital Partners, where he focused on underwriting and executing investments, as well as monitoring portfolio companies. His work supported the deployment of subordinated debt and equity to facilitate middle-market buyout transactions.
Earlier in his career, Luke worked in investment banking at Craig-Hallum Capital Group, where he advised public and private companies on capital raising and M&A transactions.
Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Villanova University.
