Lynn is an investment professional at Vermilion, where she focuses on developing investment themes, sourcing and evaluating target companies, underwriting and executing transactions, and managing portfolio companies.
Lynn brings several years of private equity experience to the team. Prior to joining Vermilion in 2023, she was an Associate at The Sterling Group, a Houston-based middle-market private equity firm. She has also worked as a Senior Associate for Lightspring Capital Partners, a lower-middle market private equity firm, and as an Analyst for Piper Sandler in its Industrials Investment Banking Division in Minneapolis.
Lynn earned her BA in Finance and BAcc in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth, where she was a 4-year member of the women’s varsity hockey team.
