Meghan joined Mortenson in 2026 and serves as Vice President of Human Resources for Vermilion Group, Mortenson Properties, Inc. (MPI), and Mortenson Development, Inc. (MDI). In this role, she partners with business leaders to advance organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and workforce performance.
With a career spanning financial services, retail, and manufacturing, Meghan brings extensive experience in leading people and business initiatives. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Bremer Bank, a $16 billion regional financial services organization. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large-scale business transformations, organizational integrations, rebranding efforts, and the launch of new business ventures, while overseeing the full spectrum of human resources functions.
Meghan holds a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Georgetown University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. She resides in St. Paul, Minnesota, with her husband and their two dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three adult children, attending sporting events and live music performances and traveling.
